Beacon Acquires Mississippi

Oct 01, 2023

The $500 million offering proposed by Beacon is subject to market and other conditions, the company noted; proceeds from the round of funding, along with available funds on hand, will be used to complete the repurchase and cover related expenses of its planned repatriation of 400,000 of Class A Preferred Stock shares.

Beacon Building Products Building Products has completed the acquisition of All American Vinyl Siding Supply, LLC of Tupelo, Miss., according to a statement from the roofing distributor.

“I am so pleased that our loyal customers will now be served by Beacon,” said Vic Chisholm, an owner of All American. “Beacon’s broad range of residential and commercial exterior building products and relentless focus on helping contractors grow their businesses will be successful in the Tupelo market.”

Lynn France, Beacon regional vice president, Southeast, said with over 30 years of product and market knowledge, All American's team "enhances our service level as we support customers in northern Mississippi," as well as across the state with Beacon's three additional branches.

“We are thrilled that the All American team is joining Beacon," France said.

Beacon reports that its Ambition 2025 goals include growth by both acquisition and greenfield openings. Year to date in 2023, Beacon has expanded its branch footprint through the completion of six acquisitions and the opening of 14 new greenfield locations.
